That permit is scheduled for the Zoning Committee's <br /> work session, to be held on October 25, 1994. <br /> My client is seeking to identify ways of meeting the concerns expressed at <br /> the County's and the Town's public hearings, and believes that it may be on <br /> the verge of developing techniques to mitigate many of problems identified <br /> by the neighboring property owners.
