This zoning allows for uses such as <br /> agricultural and single family residences, conditional use permits may <br /> be issued for the following types of operations: mineral extraction, ready <br /> mix plants, radio & T.V. stations, and recycling facilities. <br /> Item 3.Filet Fee <br /> A check for the required amount ($100.00) is attached. <br /> Item 4a_Proposed Use of_the Proper <br /> De Construction, Inc. (DCI), a Madison area demolition contractor. <br /> proposes to resume quarrying operations at the site as well as establish <br /> a recycling center. The two main virgin materials to be extracted for sale <br /> will be limestone, for gravel and road base material, and day for landfill <br /> liners. In addition DCI intends to set up a facility to recycle construction <br /> and demolition (C&D) debris generated in the Dane County and <br /> surrounding areas. DCI also intends to establish an office at the site to <br /> house the administrative aspects of these operations. <br /> Item 4b.Time Schedule for Development <br /> September & October 1994 <br /> - Finalize purchase of site. <br /> -Apply for necessary federal . state. and local permits. <br /> - Acquire rock crushing plant <br /> - Develop reclamation plan per Cottage Grove ordinance. <br />
