Zoning Administrator <br /> Room 116, City-County Building <br /> Madison,WI 53709 <br /> RE: Zoning Petition#6254-Change from A-1 to C-2 <br /> Dear Mr. Gregorius: <br /> The Village Board, at its May 22, 1995 meeting,voted unanimously to support the request for a <br /> zoning change from A-1 to C-2 for petition#6264, Richard Treu, Jr. for a new trucking/milk hauling <br /> business. <br /> The trucking/milk hauling business had originally been planned for location in the Village of <br /> Deerfield Industrial Park, but those plans were not able to be finalized. <br /> Currently the facility,primarily a dairy business, is located in a largely residential area, and it would <br /> be desirable to be able to relocate the facility outside of a residential area, but be able to maintain the <br /> business in the Deerfield area community. <br /> The change of zoning requested in petition#6264, Richard Treu,would allow this transition to take <br /> place.
