Lot 3, Wynbrooke, is in an undeveloped state. <br /> The portion of Wynbrooke which is in the Town of Windsor was previously zoned <br /> A-1 (non-exclusive) agricultural under the Dane County Zoning Ordinance until the City <br /> of Sun Prairie, with the cooperation of the Town of Windsor, adopted the Sun Prairie <br />
