w <br /> November 8,1994 <br /> Regarding Zoning Petition #6107 <br /> To:Chairman Anderson, and theCommittee Members of the <br /> Zoning and Natural Resources Board <br /> I oppose the rezoning requested in Petition 6107 from R-3 <br /> residential to Cl commercial. I oppose the petition at this time <br /> because of several concerns which include the following: <br /> 1. This office is to be built between 2 single family dwellings <br /> on an unimproved street in a residential neighborhood. I would <br /> like to see our neighborhood remain residential. <br /> 2. There are many uses permited under C-1 zoning. There are <br /> no future guarantees as to the continued success of this business <br /> or even the permanancy of this location for this business. With <br /> C-1 zoning the property can be used for any of the permitted <br /> uses listed under Section 10.13 without any further <br /> neighborhood input. <br /> As the board considers this petition for rezoning, I would also <br /> like to see the following concerns addressed. <br /> 1. Adequate offstreet parking for employees, visitors and <br /> delivery trucks. <br /> 2.Water runoff. Since this is an unimproved street with known <br /> water runoff problems I would like to see a water runoff and <br />
