My understanding of the proposed building is that it will be a <br /> metal pole building construction with a brick and glass front <br /> facing south. I would prefer a framed type construction which <br /> would more closely fit in with the surrounding residential <br /> buildings. <br /> 5. If this zoning is approved I would like to see a deed <br /> restriction limiting the building to a specific use under C-1 <br /> zoning. <br /> 6. If this zoning is approved I would like to see a separate legal <br /> agreement in which the owner agrees at the time of sale to <br /> rezone the property back to residential single family use with a <br /> recorded document at the register of deeds. <br /> In conclusion I would prefer that this property remain zoned R3 <br /> at this time. <br /> Patricia M.
