ATTACHMENT B <br /> 153 <br /> MEDINA TOWN BOARD MEETING <br /> September 7, 1994 <br /> The Medina Town Board Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Louis <br /> Klecker at 8 : 20 pm. Present were Supervisors Klecker & Dahl , Clerk, <br /> Treasurer, Larry Albrecht , Sue Zingshiem, Charlie Counsell , Jeff Herman, <br /> Jim Woldt, Bill Blaschka, Steve Chadwick, Danny James ,Paul Mohrmann; Tom <br /> Bergholz, Michael Clayton,Cyril Converse ,Fichard Nagel, Agnes Harless & <br /> son-in-law, Mr. & Mrs . Jay Mullins and Gary Schwebs . <br /> Minutes of the August meeting were read and approved as read. August <br /> vouchers were read and found to be correct . The Treasurers report was <br /> given with income reported at $54 ,426 . 15 . Election workers were <br /> certified with there being three workers for the day and two more coming <br /> in to count . Darrell Langer arrived at 8 : 30 pm . <br /> Creating a fire commission was discussed, Discussion was made about moving <br /> the Fire Station. Members of the Dept at the meeting made it known they <br /> do not want to move from their present building. A motion was made by <br /> Louis Klecker, 2nd by Russell Dahl to create a Fire Commission . Carried . <br /> Russell Dahl was appointed our represntative from Medina . <br /> a� <br /> A motion was made by Louis Klecker, 2nd by Russell to approve Petition <br /> # 6043 for Cyril Converse to change zoning from the A-1 Agriculture <br /> District to the amended RH-3 ' s . This is contingent that all RH-2 ' s are <br /> changed to RH-3 ' s . Carried . <br /> Agnes Harless appeared before the board for preliminary approval to rezone <br /> less than 5 acres where home sits to RH-2 . A motion was made by Russell <br /> Dahl, 2nd by Louis Klecker to approve preliminary approval . Carried . <br /> Jay Mullins appeared before the board asking for preliminary approval <br /> for a CUP for horse boarding, with acreage as needed. A motion was made <br /> by Louis Klecker, 2nd by Russell Dahl to approve prliminary for Mr . <br /> Mullins . Carried <br /> Gary Schwebs appeared before the board asking for preliminary approval <br /> for a CUP for a runway on his property. A motion was made by Russell <br /> Dahl, 2nd by Louis Klecker for preliminary approval . Carried . <br /> A motion was made by Louis Klecker, 2nd by Russell Dahl to Amend Mobile <br /> Home Ordinance #91-01 to read under all general regulations instead of <br /> all double wide modular homes to be changed to read all modular homes . <br /> Carried . <br /> A motion was made by Louis Klecker, 2nd by Russell Dahl to accept the <br /> bids for reassessment from Preferred Appraisals .
