He Is joint owner of approximately <br /> 10 acres located in Wynbrook subdivision, The property has an easement to have the <br /> Wynbrook marquee on it. The land is unimproved and has a drainage easement <br /> recorded, about 80' wide. Because of the drainage problems on Heatherstone Ridge, <br /> the Town over excavated the land he owns. The water stands there and he can't drive <br /> .l through the drainage easement anymore to the trees that he raises. Requesting a <br /> culvert so he isn't landlocked on back parcel of land. Engineer Mayo stated that the <br /> only access is from Heatherstone to the back parcel. Discussion on number of <br /> driveways allowed per parcel, residentialicommercial vs. agricultural (ordinance doesn't <br /> specifically mention agricultural), trailer sitting on �,,•o, erty now (to be used for hay, <br /> mower storage if he gets sheep), mounting of t a ier on fc'endation, subdivision <br /> covenants (this parcel not covered by them), size of culvert rleece , etc. <br /> Michael Lawton, attorney for Wynbrook Homeowner's Association, had covenants that <br /> are in the deed from the Cooks, which Mr. Correll has title to. Engineer stated the <br /> Town Board is not the jurisdiction for discussing covenants & deeds, etc. Mr. Lawton <br /> stated he didn't believe this request was properly for agricultural purposes. Questioned <br /> the use of the trailer on the property. The following audience members spoke and were <br /> opposed to the culvert: Mike DuRoche, Steve Renk, Kathy Severson, and Pat Houden. <br /> The following audience members spoke and were in favor of the culvert: Albert Cook. <br /> Richard Knaack spoke but didn't indicate a preference for or against the culvert. Mr. <br /> Correll stated he would be landlocked without the calve t. Long discussion.
