Also see sign in <br /> sheet. <br /> Meeting was called to order by Chairman Pamperin at 7:00 p.m. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT: None. <br /> MINUTES OF 9-14-94 MEETING: Motion by Commissioner Franz to approve the <br /> minutes as presented. Second by Commissioner Kempfer. Motion carried. <br /> REQUEST FOR TEMPORARY TRAILER PARKING - HAROLD ZIEGLER: John <br /> Ziegler presented request for temporary job site office (trailer) for workers from Racine <br /> who are doing clay extraction at the landfill. Extraction will take from 4-5 weeks, <br /> depending upon weather. Tried to get the trailer in Blooming Grove but problems with <br /> running power there so trailer Is at Harold Ziegler's quarry now. When project is done, <br /> the trailer will be removed. They are taking care of the holding tank now. Discussion <br /> on current water supply, how long trailer will be there, etc. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Kempfer to grant temporary trailer parking until November 18, <br /> 1994 and the trailer is to be removed from Town of Burke at that time. Second by <br /> Commissioner Krisher. Discussion. Motion carried. <br /> PROVIDE ZONING COMPLIANCE FOR EXISTING PARCEL & CUP #6095/1195 FOR <br /> MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL USE, TAVERN USE & GAMES LIGHTING AT NIGHT <br /> FOR BURKE STATION - RICHARD STORY: Dick explained that the County is <br /> requiring a CUP to have a dwelling on commercial property and a CUP for a tavern on <br /> commercial property and the multi-use is because of the apartments upstairs. Dane <br /> County requires horseshoes outside w/fights, a CUP is needed. Dick is trying to get <br /> everything zoned properly.
