This land is owned by Noland and Sue Anderson. <br /> The Petition number 6274 is to rezone this lot from RH-2 to <br /> a R-3A. <br /> My wife, Marlene A. Porter, and myself reside across <br /> the roadway from that lot. Our address is 734 Hwy BB. <br /> Both my wife and I remain against this change of zoning. <br /> We feel this is the beginning of a commercial operation. <br /> From what I understand there are plans to develop a Duplex <br /> structure. That this will be under the guise of keeping <br /> their parents/in-laws near. I see this unit being rented <br /> to the parents and a second party that will be "assisting" <br /> the parents will be renting also. <br /> I am sorry that neither my wife nor I will be able to <br /> make the scheduled meeting tonight.
