We are strongly opposed to zoning changes <br /> which would change the neighborhood from its current single <br /> family status to one of commercial duplex status . I ! the <br /> Andersons are allowed to do that , there is no good reason why <br /> others (,arinot', follow . <br /> We understand, the personal nature of this request , ano admire the <br /> Nolan Anderson family tor their posit ion in regard to the <br /> family relationship with the Pav1aks . However , I also understand <br /> the pr cif essi c>Irral pr oper t v development aspect of those tame l i es , <br /> and suspect that there is an underlying expectation that , it they <br /> .c)uld get by with it , they would do this development in such a <br /> way / hat when the Pavlar;c; no longer need to live there , the <br /> properl v could be rented out to two tami l ies or occupied by an <br /> owner who would rent the other s.;ide . This is the development <br /> option to wh i ;h we are opposed . <br /> We would be happy to have the Pavlaks as neighbors in a single <br /> family dwe i l i ng that is planned and constructed according to <br /> ioning regulaftions . I resent the implication made by Mrs . Pavlak <br /> at the ' own hearing that opposition to the rezoning meant that <br /> the neighbors' did not want them in the community .
