Hampton <br /> Meeting Called to order at 7 : 35 PM <br /> Minutes of April 27, 1994 were reviewed and corredted as follows : <br /> 3rd from last paragraph on 1st page change"by Mr. Mancheski" <br /> to read "that Mr. Mancheski" <br /> After motion re. clay extraction insert fact that Mr. <br /> Hampton abstained from the vote due to personal concerns as <br /> an immediate neighbor. <br /> Kathy Bollig 2619 hwy 12 & 18 - split lot - Information only Ms . <br /> Bollig was advised to review the Town Land Use Plan and the Dane <br /> County Zoning Regulations to ensure application is in accordance <br /> with these regulations <br /> Hope Cottage Grove Cemetary (Lester Rahn, President) 3702 CTH <br /> "AB" - Approval for Cemetary Plat - Approval required <br /> Motion: To recommend to tg".e. County to approve cemetary <br /> plat proposal after review of plat by plan commission by Mr. <br /> Steven Querin-Schulz . Seconded by Mr. Hampton. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> Jill Olson - 2727 C-Bar-J Circle & South Coffeetown Road - <br /> Section 20 - Add together two parcels and split evenly - sell one <br /> and build house on other - approval required. <br /> Ms. Olson and her sister own the property in question The <br /> prop[erty is presently divided into 4 parts. The proposal <br /> would unite parts 3 and 4 into one parcel which will then be <br /> divided into 2 equal parts . Change zoning from A 2(2 ) to A <br /> 2(4) . It was pointed out that the purchaser of parcel 4 may <br /> be required to improve the road. An offer to purchase was <br /> extended by Donald Homburg of 5702 Blacksmith La. Madison, <br /> Wi. Mr. Homburg is present and is aware of the possible <br /> future cost of improving the road. <br /> Appearances: Mr. Homburg is in favor of thed proposal but is <br /> concerned over the road issue. He will discuss the matter with <br /> Ms. Olson. No one appears in opposition. <br /> Motion: to change lot lines to make 2 equal parcels both <br /> parcels to be zones A 2(4 ) by Mr. Scherer. Seconded by Mr. <br /> Querin-Schulz. Motion carried. <br />
