Town Of Cottage Grove Plan Commission Meeting May 25, 1994 Present: K. Christoph, S . Querin Schulz , P. Scherer, T. Quesnell , K. Hampton Meeting Called to order at 7 : 35 PM Minutes of April 27, 1994 were reviewed and corredted as follows : 3rd from last paragraph on 1st page change"by Mr. Mancheski" to read "that Mr. Mancheski" After motion re. clay extraction insert fact that Mr. Hampton abstained from the vote due to personal concerns as an immediate neighbor. Kathy Bollig 2619 hwy 12 & 18 - split lot - Information only Ms . Bollig was advised to review the Town Land Use Plan and the Dane County Zoning Regulations to ensure application is in accordance with these regulations Hope Cottage Grove Cemetary (Lester Rahn, President) 3702 CTH "AB" - Approval for Cemetary Plat - Approval required Motion: To recommend to tg".e. County to approve cemetary plat proposal after review of plat by plan commission by Mr. Steven Querin-Schulz . Seconded by Mr. Hampton. Motion carried. Jill Olson - 2727 C-Bar-J Circle & South Coffeetown Road - Section 20 - Add together two parcels and split evenly - sell one and build house on other - approval required. Ms. Olson and her sister own the property in question The prop[erty is presently divided into 4 parts. The proposal would unite parts 3 and 4 into one parcel which will then be divided into 2 equal parts . Change zoning from A 2(2 ) to A 2(4) . It was pointed out that the purchaser of parcel 4 may be required to improve the road. An offer to purchase was extended by Donald Homburg of 5702 Blacksmith La. Madison, Wi. Mr. Homburg is present and is aware of the possible future cost of improving the road. Appearances: Mr. Homburg is in favor of thed proposal but is concerned over the road issue. He will discuss the matter with Ms. Olson. No one appears in opposition. Motion: to change lot lines to make 2 equal parcels both parcels to be zones A 2(4 ) by Mr. Scherer. Seconded by Mr. Querin-Schulz. Motion carried.
