Ms Penny Wick of 4714 Gaston Circle <br /> is in favor of the proposal . <br /> No one is opposed <br /> Motion: to recommend to the Town Board meeting of June 6, 1994 <br /> that the parcelof approximately 1 . 5 acres on the East of Gaston <br /> Circle be rezoned to A2(1 ) and proceed through the review process <br /> as soon as possible and that the county provide the determinants <br /> of proper zoning of the small parcel and request the county to <br /> provide the petitioner and the Town of the County's findings. by <br /> Mr. Scherer. Seconded by Mr. Querin-Schulz. Motion carried <br /> Discussion was held concerning update of the long range planning <br /> committee. Report also given on proposal of Village to annex and <br /> develop 450 acres to the West of the present village. <br /> Motion to adjourn: by Mr. Querin-Schulz Seconded by Mr. <br /> Scherer.
