MEETING OF THE TOWN OF MADISON <br /> ADVISORY PLAN COMMITTEE <br /> DATE: January 5, 1995 <br /> TIME: 5: 30 P.M. <br /> PLACE: Town of Madison Town Hall <br /> PRESENT: Don Pierstorff, Mat Wenzel, Jim Brimmer, Ron Slane and <br /> Rick Rose <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Jim Veloff representing James Lund, Paul duVair, <br /> and Harry Sulzer <br /> The meeting was called to order at 5:30 P.M. <br /> 2811-2819 Todd Drive - Proposed C.U.P. for 32-unit Apartment <br /> Jim Veloff, representing James Lund, presented plans for the 32- <br /> unit apartment building proposed for this site. The Advisory Plan <br /> Committee had the following concerns: <br /> i. Compliance with all State, County and Local laws/ordinances is <br /> required <br /> 2 . Number of units exceeds maximum allowed by Dane County Zoning <br /> 3. ADA requirements of Chapter ILHR 69 need to be met <br /> 4 . Fire Dept. requests a knox box to be provided <br /> 5. Fire Dept. requests a minimum of one ( ) dry standpipe be <br /> provided for fire protection with Dane County Zoning <br /> 6. Garage setback does not comply <br /> 7 . Appropriate turning radii for fire trucks to be provided <br /> 8. Specific for soli waste nd <br /> Depta of Public Worksyclable materials <br /> required is q <br /> Arbor Hills Neighborhood Association representative Paul duVair <br /> stated their position in opposition to multi-family use. <br /> 41Don Pierstorff Board moved, deny z the seconded C.U.P. #1219 recommend <br /> to the Town as <br /> presented. Motion approved. <br /> Discussion regarding 107 Nygard Street followed. Mat Wenzel <br /> reported that he will be condemning the building and requesting <br /> MG&E to cut off gas and electric service. <br /> The minutes of the November 17, 1994 meeting were read.heRonnSlane <br /> moved, Don Pierstorff seconded the motion to approve <br /> Motion approved. <br /> 1 <br />
