Dvorak, Gary J. Dvorak and Nancy J. Dvorak concerning the <br /> current and future development of land currently described by Certified Survey Map 5906, <br /> Volume 28, Page 75 ("CSM 5906"). <br /> • <br /> 2. By April 1, 1995, Robert H. Dvorak, Jr. and Laurie J. Dvorak shall, at their <br /> expense, obtain and submit to the Town a title report showing all parties with an interest <br /> in the land described by CSM 5906, including all mortgage lienholders and judgment <br /> lienholders. <br /> 3. Robert FI. Dvorak, Jr. and I.aurie J. Dvorak shall, at their expense, have <br /> prepared and submit to the Town a new certified survey map for the property currently <br /> described by CSM 5906 and the adjacent property they intend to develop. The new <br /> certified survey map shall include the following easements in favor of the Town for a <br /> possible future road: <br /> a. A 66-foot wide easement from point B on the attached Architectural <br /> Site Plan ("Plan") north to point C on the Plan, as shown on the Plan; <br /> b. A 66-foot wide easement from point C on the Plan north to the north <br /> lot line of Lot One (1), CSM 5906, as shown on the Plan; and <br /> c.
