Dvorak shall obtain <br /> the written approval of all parties with an interest in the property described by the new <br /> certified survey map, including owners, their spouses and all mortgage lienholders and <br /> judgment lienholders. Once the new certified survey map is approved and signed by these <br /> parties and the Town, it will he duly recorded and replace the currently recorded CSM <br /> 5906. <br /> 5. Robert H. Dvorak, Jr. and Laurie J. Dvorak shall, at their expense, construct <br /> a road in accordance with town road standards from point A on the Plan and extending <br /> approximately 730 feet west to point B on the Plan, and from point B on the Plan and <br /> extending approximately 460 feet south to point l) on the Plan to a cul-de-sac, as shown <br /> on the Plan. This road will provide access to the ten commercial sites Robert H. <br /> Dvorak, Jr. and Laurie J. Dvorak intend to develop. Once this road has final approval by <br /> the town engineer, and the conditions set forth in paragraphs two (2), three (3) and four <br /> (4) above have been met, the road shall he dedicated to the Town and accepted by the <br /> Town as a town road. <br /> 6. Robert H. Dvorak, Jr. and Laurie J. Dvorak shall at their expense construct <br /> roads in accordance with town road standards over the casements described in paragraph <br /> three (3) above at such time as the property abutting those easements is developed. By <br /> July 1, 1995, Robert H. Dvorak, Jr. and Laurie J.
