Robert I I. Dvorak, Jr. and Laurie J. Dvorak shall construct, at their expense, <br /> in accordance with town road standards, a right turn lane from point A on the Plan east <br /> to Highway 51. <br /> 8. l.]pon execution of this Agreement by all parties, the Town shall approve <br /> rezoning to C-2 the Linnerud property adjacent to the south lot line of Lot Three (3), <br /> CSM 5906 ("Linnerud property"), as requested by Gary J. "1'o allow the creation of ten commercial sites, the following property shall <br /> be rezoned to C-2: From the southeast corner of Lot Two (2), CSM 5906, then in a <br /> westerly direction along the north line of Lot 'Three (3), CSM 5906 a distance of <br /> approximately 1100 feet, then in a northerly direction, parallel to highway 51, to the <br /> north lot line of Lot Two (2), CSM 5906, then in an easterly direction along the north lot <br /> line of Lot Two (2), CSM 5906 to the northeast corner of said lot, then in a southerly <br /> direction to the point of beginning, excepting CSM 5515. <br /> 1 l .a.
