following parties who are named as grantees, promisees and beneficiaries with <br /> enforcement rights: <br /> (1) The County Government of Dane County, Wisconsin provided <br /> that the lands are under the jurisdiction of the zoning <br /> ordinances of Dane County at the time the enforcement action <br /> is commenced; and <br /> (2) The Town Government of the Town of Rutland, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin provided that the lands are within the governmental <br /> jurisdiction of the Town of Rutland at the time the <br /> enforcement action is commenced; and <br /> (3) The owner(s) of record of any land(s) which are located <br /> within 300 feet of the land subject to the restrictions. <br /> e. The deed restrictions may be amended or terminated in the following <br /> manner: <br /> (1) A written petition calling for the amendment or termination of <br /> the deed restrictions may be made by the persons who are, at <br /> the time of the petition, owners of the lands subject to the <br /> restrictions.
