Following <br /> such hearing, the Committee shall issue a written report on the <br /> petition to the County Board of Supervisors, which shall, by <br /> majority vote, either approve or reject the petition. If <br /> approved, the petitioners shall draft the amendatory covenant <br /> instrument, or the instrument of termination, as the case may <br /> be, have the instrument executed by the owners of the lands <br /> subject to the restrictions, and see that the instrument is <br /> recorded. <br /> (2) Amendment or termination of the deed restrictions shall also <br /> require approval of the Town of Rutland Board. <br /> (3) A rezone of the property subject to the decd restrictions to a <br /> different zoning district shall also act to repeal the deed <br /> restrictions as to that property. <br /> 12.
