7. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan. No material storage, vehicle
traffic or grading may occur outside the limits of disturbance identified on the plan. In
the event any other areas are disturbed, additional erosion control measures, fees, and
plan revisions will be required.
8. In the event that additional impervious areas are added that are not shown on the plan,
a survey may be required to document cumulative impervious on the site. Greater than
20,000 sq.ft. cumulative impervious areas placed on the site after 8/22/01 will trigger an
after-the-fact stormwater management permit.
9. The plan includes a phased construction schedule as follows:
Disturbed areas associated with driveway:
Construction of the driveway is scheduled to begin on February 8, 2016.
The driveway sideslopes will be permanently restored, as noted in the plan, by
April 5, 2016.
Disturbed areas associated with buildings:
Disturbed areas under 3:1 associated with the buildings are scheduled to be
disturbed on February 8, 2016, and must be permanently restored, as noted in
the plan, by September 15, 2016.
Disturbed areas over 3:1 associated with the buildings are scheduled for grading
on August 18, 2016. These areas must be heavily mulched with hay or straw and
provided 70%coverage by August 22, 2016, until they are permanently restored,
as noted in the plan, by September 15, 2016.
The construction site must follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County
Water Resource Engineering. This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in the
plan (September 15, 2016) and may be amended prior to permit expiration only. This review
is for the erosion control requirements of Chapter 14, Dane County Code of Ordinances only
and other approvals may be necessary. A permit card must be obtained from Water Resource
Engineering and displayed onsite prior to disturbing ground.
Cc: Aaron Falkosky, Quam Engineering, LLC (email)
Eric Rortvedt, P.E., Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (email)
