Introduction <br /> Our firm represents Mr. Jacob Niesen who now owns the 3 .3 acre <br /> parcel of vacant land located West of 8200 Stage Coach Road, Cross <br /> Plains, Wisconsin, and legally described as Lot One (1) , Certified <br /> Survey Map No. 3898, Town of Cross Plains, Dane County, Wisconsin. <br /> This parcel is presently zoned A-1 Exclusive Agriculture. <br /> Mr. Niesen has filed a petition to rezone a portion of this <br /> parcel to LC-1 Commercial District from A-1 Agricultural District <br /> (exclusive) and the remainder of the parcel to A-B Agricultural <br /> District from A-1 Agricultural District (exclusive) . <br /> On behalf of Mr. Niesen, we respectfully request that: <br /> (1) The Zoning Committee approve this petition subject to <br /> such changes and/or site-specific conditions as are required and <br /> acceptable to Mr. Niesen and the interested governmental bodies; <br /> (2) The Town Board approve this petition subject to such <br /> changes and/or site-specific conditions as are required and <br /> acceptable to Mr. Niesen and the interested governmental bodies; and <br />
