PROPOSED RESOLUTION <br /> (Rezone Petition #6200) <br /> R E C I T A L S <br /> A public hearing on Petition #6200 having been held on <br /> February 14, 1995; <br /> The petitioner Jacob Niesen having requested approval of <br /> Petition #6200, subject to the following changes, conditions and <br /> restrictions: <br /> 1 . That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains <br /> be amended to include in the LC-1 Limited Commercial and <br /> AB Agri Business Districts the following described land: <br /> TO LC-1: The Westerly 245 feet, more or less, of Lot #1, <br /> CSM 3394, found in Volume 13 , Page 200 of Certified <br /> Survey Maps, Dane County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> TO AB: The Easterly 324 feet, more or less, of Lot #1, <br /> CSM 3394, found in Volume 13, Page 200 of Certified <br /> Survey Maps, Dane County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> 2 . That Petition #6200 be approved subject to the following <br /> conditions and restrictions : <br /> a. the maximum size of any drum, barrel or container <br /> containing gas or fuel for vehicles to be stored on <br /> site shall not exceed 10 gallons. <br /> b. sales and storage on site of any fertilizers, <br /> herbicides and pesticides shall be in the usual and <br /> regular course of operating a retail garden center <br /> business or a landscape contracting business, as <br /> the case may be. To effectuate this intent: <br /> (1) the maximum size of any container or bag <br /> containing fertilizer to be sold or stored on <br /> site shall not exceed 50 pounds . <br /> (2) the maximum size of any container or bag <br /> containing herbicide to be sold or stored on <br /> site shall not exceed 50 pounds. <br /> (3) the maximum size of any container or bag <br /> containing pesticide to be sold or stored on <br /> site shall not exceed 10 pounds. <br /> c. no sales of furniture on site. <br /> d. no lawn care services from site. <br />
