• <br /> e. the minimum hours of retail garden center <br /> operations shall be as established from time to <br /> time in the owner's discretion, but the maximum <br /> hours of retail operation shall not exceed 8:00 <br /> a.m. until 8: 00 p.m. <br /> f. all security lighting on site shall be shielded and <br /> directed downward similar to street lighting. <br /> g. street trees or shrubs shall be planted by the <br /> Owner along the public right-of-way of Stage Coach <br /> Road abutting the subject parcel . The cost of the <br /> initial planting of street trees or shrubs shall be <br /> borne by the Owner. When the Owner proposes the <br /> installation of street trees or shrubs he shall <br /> prepare a report listing the street trees or shrubs <br /> to be planted and their location for approval by <br /> the Town. The Owner shall replace any diseased or <br /> destroyed street trees or shrubs planted by the <br /> Owner hereunder and abutting the subject parcel <br /> provided that adequate space for tree or shrub <br /> growth is available. <br /> h. the on site development or use shall not violate <br /> any applicable air pollution, water pollution or <br /> soil erosion state or local standards. <br /> The Dane County Zoning Committee having considered the Town <br /> Board's actions respecting Petition #6200, including its finding <br /> respecting the consistency of the proposed uses with the land use <br /> plan of the Town of Cross Plains, the relevant history of the <br /> subject parcel, the proposed uses of the subject parcel, the <br /> compatibility of the proposed uses with the surrounding uses, the <br /> benefits to the community arising from the proposed uses of the <br /> subject parcel, all the petitions submitted in support and <br /> opposition to Petition #6200, all the arguments made in support and <br /> opposition to Petition #6200, including the supporting statement <br /> submitted on behalf of Mr. Niesen, and those conditions or <br /> restrictions, if any, on the proposed uses deemed necessary for <br /> approval of Petition #6200. <br /> R E S O L U T I O N <br /> RESOLVED, that Petition #6200 is hereby approved subject to <br /> the following changes: <br /> 1. That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains <br /> be amended to include in the LC-1 Limited Commercial and <br /> Ab Agri Business Districts the following described land: <br /> x , <br /> TO LC-1: The Westerly 245 feet, more or less, of Lot #1, <br /> CSM 3394, found in Volume 13, Page 200 of Certified <br /> Survey Maps, Dane County Register of Deeds Office. <br />
