DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6200 Page 1 of 2 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of CROSS PLAINS The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the A-B Agri-Business and LC-1 Limited Commercials District/s the following described land: Pet. #6200: Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 11, Town of Cross Plains described as follows: TO A-B: A part of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 3898, Town of Cross Plains, Dane Co. , WI, towit: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1; Thence N88°-16 '-52"W 323 .49 feet along the centerline of Stagecoach Road, Thence N1°-43 ' -08"E, 294 . 68 feet, Thence N73°-57 ' -30"E, 81.77 feet along the Northerly line of said Lot 1, Thence S73°-06 ' -40"E 254 .51 feet along the Southwesterly Right-of-Way line of the C.M.ST.P. & P. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. DEED RESTRICTION REOUIRED This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land: 1. The maximum size of any drum, barrel or container containing gas or fuel for vehicles stored on site shall not exceed 10 gallons; all such drums, barrels or containers containing gas or fuel for vehicles shall be stored in an enclosed building, accessory building or storage facility; 2. Sales and storage on site of any fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides shall be in the usual and regular course of operating a retail garden center business or a landscape contracting business, as the case may be.
