• 4 Page 2 of 2 a. The maximum size of any drum, barrel, container or bag containing fertilizer to be sold or stored on site shall not exceed 50 pounds; b. The maximum size of any drum, barrel, container or bag containing herbicide to be sold or stored on site shall not exceed 50 pounds; c. The maximum size of any drum, barrel or container containing pesticide to be sold or stored on site shall not exceed 10 pounds; 3. No sales of furniture on site; 4. No lawn care services from site; 5. The minimum hours of retail garden center operations shall be as established from time to time in the owner' s discretion, but the maximum hours of retail operation shall not exceed 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. ; 6. All security lighting on site shall be shielded and directed downward similar to street lighting; 7. Street trees or shrubs shall be planted by the Owner along the public right of way of Stage Coach Road abutting the parcel. The cost of initial planting of street trees shall be borne by the owner. When the owner proposes the installation of street trees or shrubs he shall prepare a report listing the street trees or shrubs to be planted and their location for approval by the Town. The Owner shall replace any diseased or destroyed street trees or shrubs planted by the Owner hereunder and abutting the subject parcel provided that adequate space for. tree or shrub growth is available. 8. The on site development or use shall not violate any applicable air pollution, water pollution or soil erosion state or local standards; Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site.
