USE OF KITCHEN AT HALF-WAY SHELTER <br /> Zoning Permit 1994 2372 was issued for a "Rest Room Facility for <br /> Golf Course. " The floor plans provided for this zoning permit show <br /> that the building also contains a kitchen with a sliding window and <br /> what appears to be a service counter accessible to the "covered <br /> loggia. " <br /> If this kitchen is intended to be a "snackbar" for golfers, it may <br /> be permitted in the RE-1 Recreational Zoning District under Section <br /> 10 . 10 (1) (f) - Dane County Zoning Ordinance: "Uses incidental to <br /> the operation of any permitted use. " However, sales of alcoholic <br /> beverages or outside lighting of this facility at night may require <br /> a Conditional Use Permit under Sections 10. 10 (2) (b) and (d). Please <br /> respond in writing no later than March 31, 1995, describing your <br /> intended use of this bUildinq . <br /> 2) . INSPECTIONS NOT REQUESTED <br /> Inspection requests for each Zoning Permit issued are requestl°ito be <br /> called in: a) . when all foundation work is in place, and b) . <br /> when construction is completed. A copy of the information sheet <br /> listing these requirements is enclosed. This sheet is given to the <br /> applicant when a zoning permit is issued. <br /> To date, our records show that requests for inspection were called <br /> in for only one of the five zoning permits issued for the Bishop' s <br /> Bay Country Club development. (Foundation and final inspection <br /> requests are listed or the pumphouse ZP 1993 2218 . ) Please <br /> consider this to be your FIRST NOTICE of non-compliance with <br /> Sections 10. 25 (3) 1. and 2 . of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br /> More than three such notices may be subject to Citation. <br />
