•
1 '
Bishop' s Bay
• Page 2
3) . NEED FOR ACCURATE SITE PLAN
All of the Zoning Permits for the country club have been issued,
and will continue to be issued under one address: 4201 CTH M.
Because this development covers such a large area and because each
building is not identified by a separate address, an accurate up-
to-date overall plan is needed:
A) . To verify the tax parcel number, zoning district, and location
and setbacks for each existing and proposed building or addition
thereto.
B) . To provide location and access information for inspectors.
C) . To provide location and access information for emergency
services including fire departments, County Sheriff, and ambulance
services.
The plan should be completely up-to-date, drawn to scale, and on a
single page as large as necessary to be easily legible. It should
include:
1) . The quarter-quarter section grid, labeled at section corners.
2) . Property lines, dimensions, a-d tax parcel numbers.
3) . Zoning district boundaries, reflecting the most current
changes.
4) . Footprints of all existing buildings, accurately located
labeled with the name and/or use of the building.
5) . Roads, parking areas, cart paths <and- other man-made features,
clearly labeled to permit easy identification in the field,
6) . Numbered tees and greens, ponds and other physical features
should be included to provide points of reference, but the
map should not be cluttered with information extraneous to its
purpose such as contour lines or landscaping symbols.
7) . It would be very helpful if this map showed adjoi ien p 11'eels
in the Bishop 's Bay Subdivision by lot number a°ri;suu mit "tie
overall site plan described above no later than March 31,
1995. Please be advised that a revised plan must be submitted
whenever changes or additions occur.
