The work on STH 73 is between IH 94 <br /> and STH 19 . If this supply of aggregates last, Payne & Dolan <br /> requests to provide other State, County, Township, or Village, <br /> asphaltic mix out of this site . <br /> Payne & Dolan, Inc . intends to erect a portable asphalt plant at <br /> this site for the purpose of producing the asphalt mix to be used <br /> on these projects . These projects will be completed during the <br /> 1995 construction season. <br /> The expected date to start this project is from July to September. <br /> The length of time the asphalt plant will be at the site is four to <br /> six weeks . <br /> This area is currently zonedAlEr, .
