The legal <br /> description of the land is : West 1/2 , z , NW 1/4, of Section <br /> 33 , Township 8 North, Range 12 East, Town of Medina, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin. <br /> Payne & Dolan, Inc . has been awarded the contract for the asphaltic <br /> pavement, base course and crushed aggregate base course on STH 73 . <br /> The work on STH 73 is between IH 94 and STH 19 . If this supply of <br /> aggregates last, Payne & Dolan requests to provide other State, <br /> County, Township, or Village, aggregate base course out of this <br /> site . <br /> Payne & Dolan, Inc . intends to erect a portable crushing plant at <br /> this site for the purpose of producing the asphaltic pavement base <br /> course and crushed aggregate base course on these projects . These <br /> projects will be completed during the 1995 construction season. <br /> The expected date to start these projects are from May to January <br /> 1, 1996 .
