5 . Building Height Limit . The maximum above-ground <br /> height shall be : (a) two (2) stories in the area <br /> designated as the southern one-half (1/2) of the <br /> property, and (b) not greater than four (4 ) stories, or <br /> fifty (50) feet, whichever is less, in the area <br /> designated as the northern one-half (1/2) of the <br /> property. For the purposes of this paragraph, the <br /> southern one-half of the property shall be defined as <br /> being south of a line which runs parallel to and two <br /> hundred and sixty-five feet (265' ) north of the <br /> southernmost property line . These limitations shall <br /> also apply to tanks, storage bins, silos, towers, and <br /> all other improvements to the property. <br /> 6 .
