DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6245 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Sun Prairie <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to <br /> include in the R-1 Residential and R-1A Residential District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> Pet. #6245: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 34, Town of Sun Prairie described <br /> as follows: <br /> TO R-1: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section <br /> 34; thence South 846 feet; thence S 89° 39' West, 33. 95 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence continue S 89° 39' West along the <br /> centerline of Creek Haven Road, 741 feet; thence N 00° 21 ' West, <br /> 300 feet; thence N 89° 39' East, 150 feet; thence S 00° 21 ' East <br /> along the West line of Certified Survey Map #3751, 300 feet; thence <br /> N 89° 39' East along the South line of said Certified Survey Map <br /> #291 feet; thence S 00° 21' West along the East line of said <br /> Certified Survey Map, 300 feet; thence N 89° 39' East, 300 feet; S <br /> 00° 21' East, 267 feet; thence S 45° West, 35 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> TO R-1A: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section <br /> 34; thence South 846 feet; thence S 89° 39' West along the <br /> centerline of Creek Haven Road, 840. 95 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue S 89° 39' West along the centerline of <br /> Creek Haven Road, 265 feet; thence N 11° 28 ' 30" East, 310 feet; <br /> thence N 89° 39' East, 200 feet; thence S 00° 21 ' East, 300 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void.
