"K'/ROUTE 1 <br /> WAUNAKEE,WISCONSIN 53597 <br /> PHONE 608-849-4162 - FAX 849-5062 <br /> AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER <br /> January 23, 1995 <br /> To Whom It May Concern <br /> Town of Verona/Dane County <br /> Yahara Materials, Inc. requests a Conditional Use <br /> Permit to locate a temporary concrete batch plant on the <br /> Ronald Gust property described as follows: <br /> Less than 5 acres in the <br /> NE 1/4 NE 1/4, Sec. 27, T. 6N, R. 8E. <br /> Town of Verona, Dane County, Wis. <br /> Located south of USH 18 and CTH "M" <br /> and west of Range Trail <br /> The site will be used for construction of the Verona <br /> Bypass in the 1995 construction season. Topsoil will be <br /> stripped from the site and stockpiled along the margins for <br /> future reclamation. Access to the site will be from Range <br /> Trail and access to the construction zone will be by a <br /> temporary roadway. The site will be graded to a regular <br /> contour and base course added to support equipment and <br /> vehicles. Aggregates will be trucked to the site and <br /> stockpiled for inclusion in the concrete. A well will be <br /> drilled along the north side of the site to supply water to <br /> the concrete batch plant. <br /> At the cessation of operations all foreign material <br /> will be removed from the site and it will be graded to it's <br /> original contour. Topsoil will be graded over the site and <br /> it will be returned to crop land.
