<br /> It is mutually agreed that YAHARA MATERIALS, INC. , will rent land

<br /> NE4 of NE1/4 of Section 277 Town of Verona, bane County, Wisconsin; for
<br /> the year 1995 for the sum of $500.00 per Sere used. Payment will be
<br /> in full for the acreage to he used, at the bginning of operations. This
