MAY 23 '02 04:14PM TOWN OF WESTPORT P.4/19 <br /> TOWN OF WESTPORT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 01- 9 <br /> A RESOLUTION BY THE TOWN OF WESTPORT <br /> BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CONDITIONALLY APPROVING <br /> THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT FOR THE <br /> CONSTELLATION CONSTRUCTION CONDOMINIUM PLAT WITHIN <br /> THE TOWN OF WESTPORT, <br /> DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN, AND REZONING FOR THE SAME <br /> (Gilbert/Wiedenfeld Westport Road Property) <br /> WHEREAS, a Condominium Plat entitled "Gilbert/Westport Condominium Plat" <br /> received October 8, 2001 (the "Plat"), copy attached at Exhibit A hereto, was submitted to <br /> the Town of Westport for review and action, and the statutory review period, as extended <br /> by the dividers, will expire on or about January 9, 2002; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Plat was referred to the Plan Commission for review and <br /> recommendation to the Town Board of Supervisors, which recommendation has now <br /> been received and reviewed by the Board; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan Commission and Town Board have reviewed the Plat, and <br /> met with legal counsel and with the owners (Don Wiedenfeld) and developer (Bill <br /> Gilbert/Constellation Construction, Inc.) of the property (collectively the "Developer"), <br /> with respect to the proposed development; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has determined that the use and density as <br /> proposed by the Developer is consistent with surrounding property uses and is consistent <br /> with the Town's Land Use Plan regarding this property; and <br /> F:\MYFILES\WP6DATA\LANDDIV\G1LRESO I,W PD <br /> 012121435 1 <br />
