MAY 23 '02 04:15PM TOWN OF WESTPORT <br /> P.5/19 <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has determined that the Plat will only be <br /> consistent with the Town Land Use Plan, applicable Town and County Ordinances, and <br /> Wisconsin Statutes, if the various conditions set forth in its written recommendation to <br /> the Board are met; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has previously held several open meetings and <br /> held a public hearing on the Plat on December 12, 2001, all at which it listened to public <br /> comment and considered the same in making its recommendation to the Board, which <br /> recommendation the Board has now reviewed and considered; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Board agrees with the findings of the Plan Commission <br /> noted above and in the written recommendation. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Town of Westport Board of Supervisors hereby resolves <br /> that, based on the above, the Constellation Construction Condominium Plat received <br /> October 8, 2001, as revised and as presented to the Plan Commission on December 12, <br /> 2001, and as attached at Exhibit A, be conditionally approved subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Water shall be provided to the development contemplated for the property <br /> shown at Exhibit A by the Town public water system. The Town Engineer shall review <br /> and approve the design of the water system included within the property. If necessary, <br /> the property shall be added to the Town Water and Fire Protection Utility Districts prior <br /> to signature on the Plat by the Clerk.
