MAY 23 '02 04:15PM TOWN OF WESTPORT P.6/19 <br /> sewer service to the property by the Town Sewer Utility District. The Developer shall be <br /> required to submit the appropriate fee for the 24 units to be constructed prior to the <br /> commencement of construction on the Property, <br /> 2. The Property shall be rezoned from A-lEx to R-4 to allow for the <br /> contemplated development, the approval for which is hereby granted by the Town Board <br /> subject to all the restrictions and conditions of this Resolution (Rezoning Petition No. <br /> 5889). <br /> 3. All utilities shall be installed underground, and their location approved by <br /> the servicing utilities. <br /> 4. Erosion control and stormwater drainage and runoff plans shall be approved <br /> by the Town Engineer, the Dane County Land Conservation Department, and the Town <br /> Board,prior to construction commencing on the Property, and must comply with the <br /> standards currently proposed for approval at Dane County. <br /> 5. Documentation from the Town Engineer stating that road, sewer, water <br /> stormwater detention/retention, and other required public improvements, have met Town <br /> standards. <br /> 6. Contracts entered into by the Town and Developer for all public <br /> improvements, if any, shall be reviewed and approved by the Town Attorney and Town <br /> Engineer. <br /> 7.
