The Town Attorney shall review and approve all deed restrictions and <br /> condominium rules and by-laws proposed by the Developer prior to the Clerk's signature <br /> on the Plat. Such deed restrictions shall contain necessary restricting language <br /> contemplated by this Resolution. <br /> 12. The Developer shall comply with any rules, regulations, and permits of <br /> County, State or Federal agencies with respect to the sewerage system, wells, erosion <br /> control, stormwater drainage control, and construction erosion and drainage control <br /> measures, including those currently proposed at Dane County, as well as all provisions of <br /> Town Ordinances. <br /> 13. Drainage and stormwater control plans and improvements shall be <br /> constructed as approved and recommended by the Town Engineer to serve the property at <br /> the Developer's cost. <br /> 14. The Developer shall comply with all recommendations made by the Town <br /> Engineer and Town Utility Manager as to public improvements required or necessitated <br /> by the proposed development of the property, whether those improvements are <br /> recommended to be completed on or off the property. The Town Engineer shall review <br /> and approve public improvement plans and specifications for technical compliance and <br /> for construction and design. <br /> 15.
