Necessary easements or access rights for: storm sewer and sanitary sewer <br /> facilities; storm water drainage; gas, water, electric power and telephone facilities; <br /> emergency or maintenance vehicle access; or, other necessary easements or access rights <br /> shall be provided before construction commences on the property, as approved by the <br /> Town Engineer and in a form approved by the Town Attorney. All easements shall be 12 <br /> feet wide or wider when recommended by the Town Engineer. <br /> 17. All outstanding special assessments and fees shall be paid prior to the <br /> commencement of construction on the property. <br /> 18. The Plan Commission shall have design review approval of all structures on <br /> the property, including the condominium units. This shall include the architectural design <br /> of the structures, landscaping, internal parking and street configuration, access, grading, <br /> and landscaping and/or screening for the property, and any other design review issues, <br /> which shall be completed prior to construction commencement. <br /> 19. Development of the property shall be restricted and conform substantially to <br /> the layout shown on Exhibit A and consistent with this Resolution. Access to the <br /> property shall comply with Town Ordinances and, if proper and allowable by law, be <br /> consistent with Exhibit A.
