Final stabilization. <br /> September 15, 2002 End of stabilization period. <br /> Erosion control measures: <br /> 1. The disturbed areas will be seeded at a rate of 7-pounds per 1,000-sq. ft. within 7 days of <br /> completing grading operations. Planting dates are May 1 to May 31 for the spring and <br /> September 15 for the last day in the fall. <br /> 2. Fertilizer shall be applied at a rate of 5-pounds/1,000 sq. ft. of 20-10-10 (NPK). <br /> 3. Mulch the site with 1.5 to 2-tons or 80-pounds/1,000 sq. ft. <br />
