A <br /> ` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5$98 . <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Cross Plains <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to <br /> include in the AB Agri Business and LC-1 Limited Commercial <br /> Districts the following described land: <br /> TO AB The Westerly 324 feet, more or less, of Lot #1, CSM 3394 <br /> found in Volume 13 , Page 200 of Certified Survey Maps Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds Office. <br /> TO LC-1 The Easterly 245 feet, more or less, of Lot #1, CSM 3394 <br /> found in Volume 13 , Page 200 of Certified Survey Maps Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds Office. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> (A) storage of fuel for vehicles, and bulk storage of <br /> fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides, is not permitted; <br /> carried 7-0. <br /> (B) Screening, pursuant to Section 10. 16 (7) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances shall be installed and <br /> maintained on the Northeast side of the property. <br /> (C) Hours of retail operation shall be from 8 : 00 AM until <br /> 8 : 00 PM. <br /> (D) All security lighting shall be shielded and directed <br /> downward. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site.
