■ <br /> BISHOPS BAY COUNTRY CLUB <br /> LAKE MENDOTA <br /> TOWN OF WESTPORT, DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN <br /> GENERAL PROJECT DESCRIPTION FOR DANE COUNTY REZONING APPLICATION. <br /> January 4 , 1992, we submitted on behalf of Bishops Bay Country Club to <br /> rezone various lands in the Town of Westport to permit the construction of <br /> Bishops Bay Country Club. (See attachment "A" for land use description) . At <br /> that time the exact limits of the golf course were not known but a rezoning <br /> description was prepared based on our preliminary design. <br /> Revised zoning was granted March 18 , 1992 . During the final design, <br /> some lines were moved slightly but the concept was not altered. <br /> Due to a requirement of the Dane County Preliminary Plat approval that <br /> all lot lines and zoning liens be coterminous, we have prepared and are <br /> submitting ten legal descriptions of "land slivers" as a "house cleaning" <br /> exercise . <br /> The land use in this area will have no significant change with these <br /> rezonings from R-1 to RE-1 and RE-1 to R-l . <br />
