1 4 • 't • <br /> The Bishop's Bay Country Club construction timetable is programming the golf <br /> course construction to begin in April of 1993 with initial golf course construction <br /> completion by the Winter of 1993. The golf course is not planned for actual use until the <br /> Spring of 1995. The Bishop's Bay Country Club building and facilities are planned to <br /> temporarily use existing structures on the site with a Phase I of Country Club building <br /> development to coincide with the 1995 golf course opening. This development schedule <br /> for the Country Club building facilities is subject to change based on membership <br /> development. The development schedule for the single family detached housing units is <br /> planned to begin in the Spring of 1993 and phased until completed over a five to seven <br /> year period.
