If <br /> you see any problems or do not understand it, contact the Land Conservation staff member <br /> who wrote it immediately, at(608)224-3730. All parties will be responsible for meeting all of <br /> the conditions and timelines unless you are granted written revisions. <br /> Your Dane County Erosion Control/Stormwater Management/Redevelopment Permit under <br /> Chapter 11 or 14 of the Dane County Ordinance will expire on the stabilization date noted in <br /> your approval letter from the Dane County Land Conservation Division. These permits may <br /> only be revised or extended with the written approval of D.C. Land Conservation before the <br /> stabilization date. <br /> To apply for an extension, you must contact Dane County Land Conservation in writing before <br /> the stabilization date and they must acknowledge receipt of the request, and then issue written <br /> approval of the extension request. <br /> Once a permit expires, it is considered null and void, and if the site has not been stabilized to <br /> Dane County standards, you will be required to cease all work on the property,apply for a new <br /> permit in complete form,pay double permit fees,and wait the 15 or more working day waiting <br /> period for approval of the new permit, as well as face possible citations and fines for each day <br /> the site is in violation. <br /> As-built plans for Stormwater Management Permits must be submitted after site stabilization <br /> for review to Land Conservation Division.
