General plan calls for winter <br /> construction (January—March). <br /> Sequencing <br /> 1) Construct new channel in the dry, starting near the downstream end of the <br /> project up to just before we join up with the existing channel. <br /> 2) Install large wood treatments in the new channel <br /> 3) Seed and mulch disturbance area <br /> 4) Isolate the new channel and Token Creek from the pond area with silt fence <br /> 5) Open downstream end of the newly constructed channel to Token Creek <br /> 6) Open the upstream end of the channel (temporary crossing) to existing Harbison <br /> Creek, keeping the temporary channel crossing (culvert) in place for access to the <br /> pond area. <br /> 7) Block upstream and downstream ends of the ponded area <br /> 8) Drawdown pond water into adjacent vegetated property, install temporary pipe <br /> diversion of spring flow at north end of pond <br /> 9) Grade pond berms <br /> 10)Construct tributary channel connecting spring flow to Harbison Creek <br /> 11)Seed and mulch disturbed area <br /> 12)Remove temporary crossing <br /> 13)Repair remaining disturbed areas and access roads <br /> OREGON MONTANA WASHINGTON WISCONSIN www.lnterfluve.com <br />
