Supervisor Lord <br /> moved and Supervisor Hampton seconded a motion that the clerk <br /> place an ad in the Wisconsin Towns Newsletter. The ad should be <br /> in the August issue, the bids due back August 31, bids to be <br /> reviewed September 6 at the Board Meeting, and the work to be <br /> completed by May 1, 1995 . Motion Carried. <br /> VI . Supervisor Griffin presented to the board the idea of <br /> adopting a "positive development" resolution for promoting the <br /> Staplemann property in a manner that is beneficial to both the <br /> town and the village. Supervisor Griffin will type up a "Draft" <br /> resolution, send a copy to the village board and to the <br /> Staplemann' s. This topic would then be put on the agenda for the <br /> August 1st meeting. <br /> VII . Mark Kudrna--Request for 2nd driveway <br /> Mark Kudrna requested permission from the board to put in a <br /> second driveway to his barn. His property is on the corner of <br /> Vilas and Damascus Trail and the driveway would be on Damascus . <br /> Supervisor Griffin moved and Supervisor Lord seconded a motion to <br /> approve the request for a second driveway with Jeff Smith' s <br /> assistance in siting the exact location of the of the driveway. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> VIII . Link Clay Extraction Site <br /> The minutes of the meeting for the Zoning and Natural Resources <br /> Committee regarding this subject were read and met with <br /> disapproval from the board. Supervisor Lord moved and Supervisor <br /> Kurt seconded a motion that Supervisor Griffin would be the town' s <br /> contact person with the town' s attorney to discuss this matter <br /> further to see what options the town has in enforcing the <br /> conditions that were originally laid out by the board. Motion <br /> Carried. <br /> IX. Dane County Zoning Ordinances <br /> A. Supervisor Griffin moved and c„Tc visor Kurt seconded a <br /> motion to approve Dane County Zoning Ordinance Amendment # 5916 . <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> B. Amendment #5919 and Amendment #1 to Chapter 10 were also <br /> discussed with no action taken. <br /> X. Other Business <br /> A. Supervisor Kurt moved and Supervisor Griffin seconded a motion <br /> to donate $50 to the Deer-Grove EMS in memory of Ruth' s mother <br /> instead of flowers . Motion Carried. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 9 : 37 p.m. <br />
