• <br /> REGULAR BOARD MEETING <br /> Tuesday, July 5, 1994 <br /> I . The meeting was called to order by Chair Elsberrry at <br /> 8 : 02 p.m. <br /> Members present : Linda Elsberry, Rick Griffin, Kris Hampton, <br /> Silvin Kurt, Shari Lord. <br /> II . The minutes of the June 20th meeting were reviewed. <br /> Supervisor Kurt moved and Griffin seconded the motion to <br /> approve the minutes with one correction. Motion carried. <br /> Correction was made on item 3D to read the "clay cap" and not <br /> the "methane cap" . The minutes were corrected. <br /> III . FINANCE REPORT <br /> A. Treasurer Linda Bollig presented the bills to be paid. <br /> Supervisor Griffin moved and Supervisor Hampton seconded a motion <br /> for approval of all the bills as submitted, Motion carried. <br /> B. A discussion followed regarding two of the investments at the <br /> Anchor. One is called a "Market Rate" account and is earning <br /> 2 .536 interest . The other is an "Instant Access" account and is <br /> earning 3 .266 interest . Both are liquid accounts but the "Instant <br /> Access" account is illiquid for seven days out of each month. The <br /> possibility of moving some dollars to the higher interest bearing <br /> account was discussed. <br /> C. Linda Bollig reported that the bonding company had informed her <br /> that more coverage was available on the clerk and the treasurer as <br /> the fees that the town paid for the specified amount of $10, 000 on <br /> the treasurer and $5, 000 on the clerk would actually purchase <br /> coverage of $18, 000 on the treasurer and $22, 000 on the clerk. <br /> Supervisor Hampton moved and Supervisor Griffin seconded a motion <br /> to raise the coverage of the bonding at no extra charge to the <br /> town. Motion carried. D. Signature Cards <br /> Supervisor Kurt moved and Supervisor Lord seconded a motion to <br /> put Linda Elsberry' s and Linda Bollig' s names on the signature <br /> cards at Anchor. Motion Carried. <br /> Supervisor Griffin moved and Supervisor Lord seconded a motion <br /> to add Theresa Turner' s name as the third authorized signature on <br /> the signature card. Motion Carried. <br /> IV. Plan Committee Recommendations <br /> A. Supervisor Griffin moved and Supervisor Hampton seconded a <br /> motion to hold the discussion regarding the Scott and Lavonne <br /> Mancheski zoning request until the next regular board meeting. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> B. Mary Kelly - Zone Change from R-1 to A-2 (1) <br /> Supervisor Griffin moved and Supervisor Hampton seconded a motion <br /> to approve of the zone change from R-1 to A-2 (1) so a 16 ft . <br /> accessory building could be put up. Motion Carried. <br />
