CORPORATION, a Wisconsin corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Hy Cite") and SHIRLEY L. SWENSON, an unmarried person (hereinafter referred to as "Swenson"). WHEREAS, Hy Cite is the owner of the following described parcel of real estate (hereinafter referred to as "Parcel A"): The Westerly 550.00 feet of the West 570.41 feet of the following described property: Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 7 North, Range 9 East, Town of Madison,Dane County,Wisconsin,to wit: Beginning at the East quarter corner of said Section 36; thence South 00 degrees 09 minutes East, along the East line of said Section 36, 412.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 31 minutes West,2074.52 feet;thence North 00 degrees 50 minutes 40 seconds West,38725 feet; thence South 89 degrees 30 minutes 50 seconds West, 570.41 feet to the centerline of Badger Road; thence North 00 degrees 50 minutes 10 seconds West, along said centerline 24.75 feet to the center of said Section 36; thence North 89 degrees 30 minutes 50 seconds East, 2650 feet to the point of beginning. WHEREAS, Swenson is the owner of a parcel of property situated South of,and adjacent to, Parcel A, which parcel owned by Swenson (}hereinafter referred to as "Parcel B") is more particularly described as follows: Parcel of land in the Northwest one-quarter(NW 1/4)of the Southeast one-quarter (SE 1/4),Town of Madison,of Section Thirty-six(36),Township Seven(7)North, Range Nine (9) East,described as follows: Starting on the East line of the Highway at a point 24.75 feet South 0 degrees 40 minutes West and 33 feet South 89 degrees 24 minutes East from the Northwest corner of the said NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 36,Township 7 North,Range 9 East; thence parallel with the North line of said NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, South 89 degrees 24 minutes East 537.8 feet to an iron stake;thence South 0 degrees 46 minutes West 69 feet to an iron stake; thence North 89 degrees 24 minutes West 537.6 feet to an iron stake in the East line of said highway; thence North 0 degrees 40 minutes East 69 feet to starting point. being the North 69 feet of Lot 1,Block 1 of the unrecorded plat of Hiillcrest and containing .85 acres. WHEREAS, the parties have agreed upon the terms under which Hy Cite shall grant an easement over a portion of Parcel A for the benefit of Swenson and her successors in interest to Parcel B, and wish to state their agreement in the manner and form following.
