Cairns, Elaine Kraft, Ron Kraft, <br /> Frances Schobert, John Beuthin, Fred Beuthin and Frank <br /> Racek. <br /> Chairman Ron Adler called the meeting to order and proof of <br /> posting was given. A motion to approve the minutes of July <br /> 12, 1994 was made by Wolf and seconded by VanDeurzen. <br /> Carried. <br /> Public Input: None <br /> A motion approving the resolution adopting the 1994 Revision <br /> of the Town of Mazomanie Recycling Ordinance was made by <br /> VanDeurzen and seconded by Wolf. Carried 3-0. A copy of <br /> the resolution is included with the minutes. <br /> Chairman Ron Adler made a motion to appoint Sharon Royston <br /> as chairman of the Land Plan Committee, and David Rickey and <br /> Jim VanDeurzen as new members of the committee. The motion <br /> was seconded by VanDeurzen. Carried 2-1 . <br /> A motion to approve operator licenses for Roberta Booth, <br /> James Harter, Jr. , Jodi Kittleson, Maria McCarthy, Ted <br /> McDougal , Belinda Wallace and E. J. Weinberger, Jr. was made <br /> by VanDeurzen and seconded by Wolf on the condition that it <br /> be verified that an eighteen year old may obtain an <br /> operator's license. (Note: verified per ss 125.04) <br /> A motion to approve county ordinance amendment #43 was made <br /> by VanDeurzen and seconded by Wolf. Carried. <br /> A motion to approve CUP #1178 for a dependency living <br /> arrangement with the stipulation that the conditional use <br /> permit be only for the parents of James Shomberg was made by <br /> VanDeurzen and seconded by Wolf. Carried. <br /> A motion to deny zoning permit #6026 by John Halverson was <br /> made by Wolf and seconded by VanDeurzen. Carried 3-0. The <br /> reason for the denial was no complete map or plan for the <br /> 11/./ site was received as recommended by the plan committee. <br /> Zoning Petition <br /> 9 #5971. Zoning petition #5971 was previously <br /> d. Since then, parties representing <br /> the Joy Schoenemann estate returned to the plan committee <br /> and the board with an amended petition requesting the site <br /> 8/9/94 1 of 3 <br />
