A <br /> motion was made by VanDeurzen and seconded by Wolf that the <br /> board approve amended zoning petition #5971 to create a R-1 <br /> Classification for the residence and an A-1 Ex. <br /> classification for the rest of the land with the following <br /> deed restrictions. 1 . The R-1 and A-1 Ex. parcels both must <br /> be held in common ownership. The two parcels can not be <br /> separated one from the other. 2 . There is no deve opment <br /> potential on the A-1 Ex parcel . The existing residence on <br /> the R-1 property has exhausted all further residential <br /> development potential for the all the property. 3. Carried 3-0. <br /> A motion to approve the certified survey map for the Russ <br /> Schlough and Betty Schlough parcels as presented with a <br /> notation sent to the county that the road to the west of the <br /> parcels is South Mathewson and not Williamson Street was <br /> made by VanDeurzen and seconded by Wolf. Carried. <br /> Prairie Addition Development. VanDeurzen reported that <br /> Warren Meyers, the Village engineer, would be willing to <br /> work with the town on the project. Meyers fees appeared to <br /> be reasonable, but he would be unable to start for a couple <br /> of months and also wanted to make sure the village would not <br /> consider it a conflict of interest. Wolf suggested the land <br /> plan committee discuss the issue and bring a proposal of the <br /> committees ideas to the board. <br /> Road Report. Discussion of the Wilkinson road right of way <br /> brought the board to the following conclusions. 1 . The <br /> board will meet on Thursday, August ii , 1994 to conduct a <br /> tour of Wilkinson Road and mark with stakes which treesithe <br /> board would like to remove or trim. 2 .
