This proposed change of restrictions is for an existing auto repair business within the <br /> Windsor urban service area. <br /> The area to the north is an environmental corridor, to the south are trucking and farm implement <br /> businesses, and to the west is a large residential area. <br /> The issue here appears to be the outdoor storage of vehicles and any necessary screening. The <br /> number of vehicles and other restrictions appear to be neighborhood issues. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> Be careful about driveway matters here. The requirements of the Access Ordinance preclude nay <br /> additional access to CV in this area.
